On top of every referral's $100 + 10%. Each milestone pays once, the day your lifetime total of paying clients reaches it — nothing resets, ever. Bonuses settle quarterly.

At 25 paying clients that's $7,500 in bonuses on top of $2,500 upfront and $7,500 recurring — up to $17,500. A bonus you have earned is never reversed if a client later cancels.

Each figure is $100 the first month they are billed, 10% of every fee they pay for the 12 months after it, plus every volume bonus that count unlocks. It assumes every supplier is billed the $499.99 maximum in all 12 months — real numbers are lower, and a supplier selling under $5,000 of wholesale through the app in a month earns you nothing that month.   • You earn $100 the first month a referred supplier is actually billed, plus 10% of every fee they pay. The 12-month window runs from the day they install, not from that first charge, and it runs whether or not they are being billed. A month where the supplier sells under $5,000 of wholesale through the app costs them nothing and earns you nothing — but it still uses up one of the twelve. If a supplier is only billed 3 times inside their window, you earn 10% of those 3 months and the window closes on schedule.
  • The supplier you refer gets a $100 welcome credit toward their subscription for joining through your link.
  • No self-referrals, spam, bidding on the "Drop-USA" brand in ads, or misleading claims.
  • A referral is attributed to you when a supplier joins using your link or code. Your link sets a 60-day attribution window: if they install and start their supplier account within 60 days of clicking it, the referral is yours — even if they only start paying months later. A supplier can only ever be attributed to one affiliate, and the first claim wins.
  • Volume bonuses. On top of the per-referral commission you earn a one-time bonus each time your lifetime total of paying clients reaches a milestone: 5 → $250, 10 → $500, 15 → $750, 20 → $1,000, 25 → $1,250, 50 → $2,500, 75 → $3,750, 100 → $5,000, 150 → $7,500, 200 → $10,000, 250 → $12,500. Reaching every milestone is $45,000 in bonuses.
  • Each milestone is paid once, for life. The count never resets and a milestone already paid is never paid again — passing 25 clients does not re-earn the bonuses below it. Only clients who have made their first payment count; suppliers who have not yet been billed do not.
  • Once a client has counted toward a milestone they keep counting, even if they later cancel — and a bonus you have already been paid is never reversed for a cancellation. A client who cancels and later returns is not counted a second time.
  • Volume bonuses are settled quarterly, at the close of March, June, September and December: we count your lifetime total of paying clients and settle every milestone you have reached but not yet been paid for. The $100 and the 10% are not affected — they accrue as they are earned.
  • Payouts are requested from your portal once your eligible balance reaches the $100 minimum, and are processed within 7–10 business days. Choose ACH bank transfer, Zelle, or PayPal. We recommend ACH for anything sizeable — PayPal charges a percentage and caps large transfers, and a volume bonus is not a small payment. Any processor fee is deducted from the payout.
  • Commissions for suppliers who cancel or refund may be adjusted or reversed.
  • Drop-USA may change or end the program, or suspend affiliates who break the rules, at any time.
