Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Drop-USA (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our platform, websites, and related services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information — business name, contact name, email, and billing details you provide when you create a supplier account.
- Shopify store data — with your authorization, we access your store's catalog (products, variants, images, prices), inventory levels, and order and fulfillment data needed to run your dropship network.
- Retailer & order data — information about retailers in your network and the orders routed between stores, including customer shipping details necessary to fulfill orders.
- Usage data — logs, device and connection information, and interactions with the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Service — syncing catalogs, inventory, and tracking; routing orders; calculating fees and payouts; providing support; securing the platform; and improving the Service. We process it to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate business interests.
3. How we share information
- Within your network — catalog, inventory, and order information is shared between a supplier and the retailers in that supplier's program, as required to enable resale and fulfillment.
- Shopify and service providers — we share data with Shopify and with subprocessors (such as hosting, database, and payment providers) that help us operate the Service, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Legal — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies & session tokens
We use strictly necessary cookies and Shopify App Bridge session tokens to authenticate sessions and keep the Service secure and functional. We do not use them for advertising.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you disconnect or delete your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption of credentials and access controls — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International transfers
We operate in the United States, and information may be processed there. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
